Hewitt is working alot on running these days, so much in fact that Chris just told him that he is one step closer to competing in a triathalon than I am. Hewitt just needs to get competitive in swimming and biking, whereas his mother needs to get competitive in running, swimming, and biking. I'm sure the comment was meant as encouragement towards little Hew and was not at all intended to be an insult to Hewitt's mother's athleticism. It is of no matter to me -- as his mother, I feel it is in his best interest to let him win this race towards tri-athlet-ism -- build some confidence, you know...
